1992 - Foundation
D.A.Y. Marine & Services Ltd was incorporated, starting as a specialized marine consultancy company focused on underwater consultancy works and marine equipment sales.
Early 2000s - Marine Works Expansion
The company expanded its capabilities with the addition of hands-on marine construction works, establishing ourselves as a comprehensive marine services provider.
2010 - Survey Services Launch
We diversified into land survey and cadastral services, while becoming authorized distributors of high-end geospatial equipment, positioning ourselves as survey technology leaders.
2022 - Environmental Department
Created our environmental department, becoming fully qualified to conduct Environmental Impact Assessments, Environmental Monitoring, Social Impact Assessments, Industrial Waste Audits, and Occupational Noise Surveys.
2025 - Continued Excellence

Expertise: Construction/Project Management & Marketing. Extensive experience as MS General Manager Aluminium, Operations Manager Nextep, and General Manager D.A.Y. Marine, with exceptional ability to integrate seamlessly across all environments.

Marie Michèle Adolphe
Experience: 33+ years with D.A.Y. Marine
Started as secretary in 1992 and has proven to be an extremely honest, capable, and reliable individual. Now manages all company finances and day-to-day operations as a prime company asset.
Land Surveyor
Mohammad Nadiim Jeetoo
Qualifications: Licensed Commissioned Land Surveyor with a decade of experience across land development, cadastral surveying, and marine geospatial services.
He has contributed to a range of projects involving legal land documentation, Smart City planning, and coastal infrastructure.
At D.A.Y. Marine, Nadiim oversees survey operations supporting marine and shoreline construction.
Specialises: In RTK GNSS surveying, marine setting-out and monitoring, and the preparation of accurate charts and deliverables incorporating UAV imagery and tidal data. His work is rooted in precision, efficiency, and professionalism, with a strong focus on delivering reliable spatial data across both land and marine environments.
Nadiim’s dual expertise makes him a key asset in multidisciplinary teams shaping Mauritius and surrounding islands’ coastal and urban development.
